The Joinery Returns Policy

Returns

The Joinery does not offer cash refunds. However, returns are issued with a shop credit note, if you have chosen the incorrect size or are not happy with the item we will issue you with a credit note/ voucher to be spend on another item on the online shop, subject to available stock.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and you will be issued with a credit note to spend on the store.

We have a 30 day policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the swing ticket attached to be eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of a return.

Damaged Items

Cash refunds will be given should there be an defect with you order.

Notification of damaged items must be made within 30 days of purchase (not receipt of goods).

Refunds will only be issued once the damaged item is received.

The refund amount will include: original purchase amount including shipping and the cost of return shipping.

Please make sure all items are returned with the original swing ticket.

The Joinery will not be held liable for any post that goes missing or was damaged in transit.
