The Joinery Returns Policy
RETURNS + REFUNDS
The Joinery takes great care in ensuring that the products we send out are of the highest quality. Please note that all of our products are handmade and as such, slight variations and inconsistencies can occur. Due to the nature of our fabric being recycled, there are variations in colour and shade. Our leather products also can have natural imperfections inherent in the substrate.
If you are not entirely happy with your Joinery product, within 7 days, we will offer you a full cash refund, a replacement or online store credit. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the swing ticket attached to be eligible for a return.
Please note that refunds are only given for the cost of the product and not for the courier fee. The cost to return the product to The Joinery is at your own expense. We will only be able to refund you once we have received the product in good order. Please allow 7 working days for us to process your refund.
For International orders we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchanges due to customs duties applicable on the returned products.
We have a 15 day policy, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit.
The Joinery will not be held liable for any post that goes missing or was damaged in transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS
The Joinery takes great care in sending out our products and each item is very thoroughly quality checked before being despatched. In the unlikely event of a product you receive being damaged, we will replace it or refund it at no charge to you.
